Gijinka: Risu the Pachirisu

....Yeah, you probably saw a Pachirisu one comin'. XDD

She's the typical fangirl character. The one who always seems to be down on her luck.

This edit turned out OK....except for the fact that it looks like her tail is part of her dress....IT ISN'T. IT'S A REAL TAIL, OK? XDD

Personality: Risu is a hyperactive, determined, strong-willed lil' speedster who always tries her best. She's a recurring character in the Sinnoh half of the third series, popping up now and then, always being closely followed by her compaions, the twins Poji and Mu. Unfortunately, Risu's best never seems to be enough. She's fast, but she's not very skilled in battling. She wants to be a better fighter so that she can join Team Marriland. She started off as any other Team Marriland fan, then she ended up befriending them little by little after running into them on more then one occasion. However, no matter how hard she tries, she's always turned down because of her young age and her inexperience. But stubborn Risu isn't giving up! If there's one word she hates being called, it's "weak". She's a huge, huge, HUGE fan of Checkmate, which is very obvious in the way she talks about her and acts around her. She admires Checkmate greatly, and might even have a bit of a crush on her! Risu blushes whenever Checkmate talks to her, and always takes the things she says seriously. Whenever Risu is faced with more Checkmate fans, she'll try to push them away to the best of her ability. This was the case when she met Sakura. Risu HATED Sakura at first, but after a while, she grew on her, and they became friends out of their mutual love for Checkmate. Another trademark of Risu's is that she LOOOOOVES Sweet Poffins. She visits Veilstone regularly to stock up on a lot. She also buys other kinds of Poffins for Poji and Mu so they won't invade her stock. According to Sakura, Risu eats so many Sweet Poffins that she could go all the way to the top of the ranks of the Cute Contests without even trying! However, Risu isn't interested in Contests. Even after Marriland himself suggested that she try participating in Contests, Risu still refuses to give up battling. She wants to prove that she CAN make a difference on the battlefield, and that even at her age, she can help in many ways. She's not gonna give up till the day she's recruited by her idols!
